He quickly moved into a consulting role within the organization, assisting in China and other cross-border transactions before returning to the United States. He has worked in an M&A consulting capacity for his clients and participated in over $6 billion in transaction value. Mr. Wyss’ skills include structure and restructuring of deals, which are beneficial to all sides of the transaction. He has primarily focused his efforts on the retail and B2B sectors. He has maintained 20+ year relationships with his clients, advising through various planning and growth stages and into exits. Mr. Wyss’ career has spanned four decades, giving him the depth and breadth of experience clients have come to rely upon for each transaction.
