Cumulatively, he has completed more than $1 billion worth of transaction origination and execution. Mr. Walden has conducted transactions in civil infrastructure, energy sectors, healthcare and AI. Mr. Walden had successfully stepped into the role of CEO in a SAAS model cyber security organization leading it to a profitable exit. He speaks to local and regional organizations regarding Public/Private Partnerships and exit strategies.
