Ms. Batesen began her career as an intern in Chicago with National Securities Corporation. Following her NSC tenure she served as an equity research analyst for a large buy-side firm in which she conducted extensive valuation, industry and financial analyses. Corporate finance services performed by Ms. Batesen include due diligence services, financial forecasts, project finance, writing detailed memorandum reports and statistical supplements to assist with the M&A transactions. She has participated in both buy side and sell side transactions. Her industry experience includes agribusiness, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, and telecommunications.
