Mr. Isaacs began his career in a large multi-national accounting firm. He brings vast experience into the M&A arena. He previously worked as a CFO for several large energy projects throughout Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Isaacs functions included investor relations and financial reporting to third-party institutional investors, underwriters, insurance companies.  He has conducted extensive valuation and financial analyses and modeling.

Mr. Isaacs industry focus includes energy, technology and telecommunication. He represents clients within the renewable, clean energy and traditional oil and gas sectors of the energy industry.
