Currently serving as a Business Analyst at KPMG, LLP Mr. Tamayo played a pivotal role in supporting firmwide Advisory and Tax leadership with day-to-day operational activities. Mr. Tamayo worked closely with Building Products of America, LLC. Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth, with sales for 80 times the purchase price after approximately five years and an impressive 57% organic growth in EBITDA from 2019 to 2020. He actively advised and participated during the sale of the company prior to joining Windsor Capital. Mr. Tamayo’s career journey also includes a stint as a Business Development Manager at Health Hero, Inc., where he was responsible for end-to-end development of prospects, clients, and investors for the startup. He provided crucial insights through weekly reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders and played a key role in fostering professional development within the team.
