He also spent a part of his career working as an internal auditor within a large bank which gave him a deep knowledge of banks and insurance companies. Mr. Menendez brings extensive strategies to capital needs and exit planning. He has conducted over $4 billion in M&A transactions. Mr. Menendez has completed transactions for European and U.S. based companies, creating many cross-border opportunities. He has experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as distressed credit and equity solutions.
