Mr. Craig has been involved in over 175 transactions throughout his 40-year career in excess of $7 billion in value. He has led transactions in diverse industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, software and aerospace and defense. Since 2009, he has been an independent consultant assisting companies in corporate development and finance and serving as interim CFO. Mr. Craig was a managing director of Southwest Securities, Inc., a regional investment bank, and a managing director of Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Co., a boutique investment bank. He previously served as vice president and general counsel of Staff Leasing, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed professional employer organization, and as co-founder and chief financial officer of Pinnacle Holdings Inc., a private-equity-backed consolidator and operator of wireless communications sites. He began his career as a corporate and securities lawyer with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas.
