Raghu Chowdhry

Mr. Chowdhry is an Analyst at Windsor Capital, where he supports mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raising initiatives. He contributes to deal execution through market research, financial analysis, and client-facing materials for high-growth and middle-market companies.
Mr. Chowdhry brings a robust foundation in finance, developed through a series of progressively advanced internships. Prior to joining Windsor Capital, he served as an Analyst Intern at Whitehawk Advisory in Austin, where he focused on valuation and exit planning strategies. He also held roles at Nurture Growth Fund, a growth equity firm, and SHIVNET Inc., an e-commerce company, where he gained hands-on experience in deal sourcing, market mapping, and financial modeling.
Earlier in his career. Mr. Chowdhry interned with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where he supported business operations and developed an understanding of accounting and professional services.
With diverse experience across private equity, M&A advisory, e-commerce, and business operations, Mr. Chowdhry brings analytical rigor, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every engagement. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Business Honors & Finance at University of Texas and is passionate about building a career at the intersection of investment strategy and business transformation.
